Yet the way Juanele runs and the amount of traffic it gets requires professional hosting. And that costs money — USD $125 per month.

Basic Web hosting includes 10 GB of server space and unlimited bandwidth. (But no HuffPo-level traffic, please.) I can also help you set up WordPress if you want a blog. I’m pretty good at that stuff.
Premium Web Hosting includes 30 GB of server space, unlimited bandwidth; one year domain hosting, such as ilovejuanelear.com; one year WordPress support provided by me; and one premium WordPress theme from WooThemes or ThemeForest. Check WooThemes out here. Please note that not all ThemeForest themes are available. This package is a very good value.
Sorry, but a domain name is not included in the Basic package. Domains cost an extra USD $15 per year. Contact me to set one up.
